  • I am responsible for receiving new dies, scheduling, performing the New Die trials to determine and to set the condition to make the parts run as fast and accurately as possible to meet the customer's standards
  • I am responsible for evaluating and validating the parts
  • If the parts are not to customer standards I have to work with die maintenance to come up with the necessary changes to bring the parts into spec

  • Also to eliminate the chance for scrap
  • I am also in control of improving and implementing new processes to make the new parts run to customer standards when they are handed over to mass production.
