• Started with our FluidFS NAS FS8600 as the first support team from V2 in 2012 and worked/collaborated with Support/Escalations/Director & VP Mgmt/Field-Deployments/Sales/POC/Training/QA/PG/Sustaining/RnD/ all the way up until I was working with Sustaining Engineering in 2014. This has given me the ability to properly work from all fields on a product that I started on during early stages until now where it is a fully matured product with Life Cycle understanding.
• Train Global support meetings to help bring the storage community together to collaborate and work together to assist in the complex storage cases that were brought to us to help make troubleshooting from L3/L4 more efficient and knowledgably.
• Managed Highly visible account relations.
• Created constant flow of kb articles along with engineering with agility/content internal documentations/presentations to help strive for more knowledge across all groups that worked with our product as well mentored support team members at all levels.
