I've supervised 85,000 pig spaces for Iowa Select Farms in the Sac City area for 2 years. I have been ranked in the top 10 finishing supervisors multiple times. My Job requirements include, marking market loads (anywhere from 10 to 50 loads each week), making sure each site is chored to the standard operating procedures set by Iowa Select Farms. I also inspect all washed sites and make sure all sites have the right antibiotics according to age and withdrawal. I make sure sites are set up for new pigs and that sites are shut down properly after close out. I turn in market loads, and turn in wean numbers when filling a site. I'm on call 24-7 for my growers and alarms. I train and retrain my growers to get better production out of them. I post pigs and get samples when needed to get diagnosis for sickness. I do small maintenance fixes to get the site thru the night if needed. These are just a few of my many daily job requirements.

I managed three 2200 groups of wean to finish pigs. I did all the daily chores. I marked all market loads and loaded them onto trucks. I graded all weans and set ups and many many more daily and weekly tasks
