Assesses vehicle complaints and conditions. Performs troubleshooting steps pertinent to active vehicle trouble codes or symptoms. Communicates with Customers, Supervisors, and Service advisors alike. Makes complete parts listings, repair plans, and time estimations. Uses Diagnostic software to aid in troubleshooting, reprogramming, and calibrations as well. Communicates with Technical assistance in times of need to resolve complex vehicle issues. Performs Preventative Maintenance and DOT inspections on Tractor trailer, Emergency vehicles, and fleet vehicles. Performs Transmission and clutch R+R. Overhauls and Replaces Complete engines as required. Trains others in diagnostic and repair procedures. Coordinates with others to complete complicated tasks efficiently and effectively. Transports Tractor trailers, Fire Trucks, emergency vehicles to and from Customer specified locations. Road tests for quality control. Maintains Clean and organized work station.

Steel and aluminum welding repairs.

Service and repair HVAC systems

Troubleshooting and Repair of DTC's

Keep vehicle ABS systems working properly by constantly inspecting and repairing.

Troubleshoot and Repair Driveability issues. such as Vibrations, Steering issues, Low power or Misfire

Steering and axle alignments

Clutch adjustment, Clutch brake replacement

R+R Clutches and Transmissions

Troubleshoot and Repair or replace hydraulic pumps, pressure relief valves

Repair,rebuild, or replace Hydraulic Cylinders, hoists, and control valves

R+R failed Differentials

Remove, Inspect, and Replace Electronic unit injectors, Injector Nozzles, Fuel pumps

Diagnose and Replace failed Turbochargers

Diagnose and replace failed EGR coolers

Replacement of fan hubs and clutches

R+R Rocker shaft assembly, Follow adjustment procedure, Cylinder head removal and Inspection
