- 2. I ensure quality of the, continuous run sulfonation and sulfation reactor systems, packaging, warehouse, and bulk loading.

- 7. Responsible for daily production reports and KPI data, also updated communication forms, for plant and corporate updates on quality and performance of the plant for the shift. Also, updating schedules and working with planning group, to stay on schedule, or fix issues in the schedule for customer focus. Use Chempac, Q-pulse and running macros using Microsoft systems.
- 8. Ensuring 5s housekeeping is kept, along with Local/state and federal laws of waste water discharges and regulating retention pond daily.
- 9. Multiple certifications, for management training classes, OSHA training, confined space/first responders certified. LMS training monthly, for management training and compliant training for staying homeland security compliant within limits of local/state/Federal laws. Ensure all operations, complete all online training as well, to stay compliant with all laws as well.
