Aircraft Pneudraulic Systems Mechanic

• Duties, Accomplishments and Related Skills: -Qualified 7-Level Electrical and Environmental Systems Craftsman on C-146 Wolfhound
• Troubleshoot, inspect, test, repair, service aircraft systems to prepare aircraft for flight.
• Remove, repair, calibrate, install, align, inspect, and conduct operational performance checkouts on the components of the electronic/electrical and environmental systems
• Perform precise and advanced wiring maintenance procedures on C146 Aircraft -Analyze malfunctions using schematics, logic and wiring diagrams, computer data, and factory drawings
• Clearly documented service paperwork and FAA information as required and adhered to policies and procedures while complying with the company's information security standards.
• Perform organizational and intermediate level maintenance modifications as well as recurring inspections and system tests of the electronic/electrical and environmental systems.
• Provide a thorough inspection of the complete electronic/electrical and environmental, and other systems, of the aircraft during special and phase inspections
• Knowledge of a wide range of principles, processes, and techniques of trade(s) and/or craft(s) supervised
• Ability to implement sound personnel policies, practices, and procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints diagrams, sketches, and technical specifications

Aircraft Electrician

• Fully qualified 7 level, C130H/J, F-15 electrical technician -Perform functional tests, analyze performance and troubleshoot the electronic, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Remove, repair, calibrate, install, align, inspect, and conduct operational performance checkouts on the components of the electronic/electrical and environmental systems
• Perform precise and advanced wiring maintenance procedures on aircraft -Analyze malfunctions using schematics, logic and wiring diagrams, computer data, and factory drawings.
• Perform organizational and intermediate level maintenance modifications as well as recurring inspections and system tests of electronic/electrical and environmental systems.
• Process and account for supply assets in the repairable processing system to maintain aircraft records, inspection records, and equipment maintenance in GO81
• Document maintenance actions and man-hour expenditures on maintenance forms and computer systems
• Provide a thorough inspection of the complete electronic/electrical and environmental, and other systems, of the aircraft during special and phase inspections
• Utilize safety practices and procedures and comply with security regulations, directives, and policies
• Maintain section tool accountability, HazMat, bench stock, precious metals, and training programs.

Perform troubleshooting of electrical and environmental systems and related equipment on C-130E airplanes
