Supervise, maintain, and direct Air reserve personnel, aircraft, and maintenance operations within the fabrication flight
Organize unit training and safety requirements IAW technical data, AFI (Air Force Instructions), and OSHA/FAA Regulations
Coordinate with Boeing and Lockheed engineers to develop parts and repairs suitable for rapid aircraft generation and mission success
Adhere to AF standards, customs and courtesies, and military tradition.
