Duties in housekeeping include:

Cleaning common areas such as public restrooms, lobby, activity room, family room, conference room, main office, elevators, laundry rooms, alcove areas, and tenant apartments.

Duties in housekeeping include:

Hospital policies and procedures to clean and disinfect patient rooms, labor/deliver and postpartum rooms, laboratory areas, emergency department exam rooms, and common areas of the hospital.

Greet customers with a smile and pleasant personality. Assist customers with purchases such as in store purchases, gas, or food orders. Make pizzas, subs, and fryer food. Answer phone with proper phone etiquette. Responsible for the handling of money throughout the shift and closing cash drawer at end of the shift.

Hospital policies and procedures to clean and disinfect patient rooms, laboratory, x-ray, emergency department, clinic exam rooms, and common areas.

Job duties as CNA included:

Bathing, assisting in dressing, meals, transferring such as: toileting, walking, and assisting residents in and out of their beds or chairs. Maintaining patients’ daily activities while following nurse/doctor orders. Job duties in environmental services included: Following hospital policies and procedures to clean and disinfect patient rooms and other areas of the hospital.

Job duties included maintaining the activities of daily living such as, but not limited to: bathing, toileting, transferring, walking, oral hygiene, and other duties as assigned. Making patients feel as if they were in their own personal home with the Choose Your Day Motto. I received CNA of the year in 2013.
