CURRENT JOB SUMMARY

I currently work on-site at the warehouse of POP Fishing & Marine and support business operations for POP Fishing & Marine, Fishco Wholesale LLC, and Fresh Island Fish Inc.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails.
• Assist customers with product orders and related inquiries.
• Create Sales Orders and Invoices for customers.
• Process and track customer orders while coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.

Business Support Activities:

POP Fishing & Marine

• Supply products for boats and marine operations, including machinery, marine equipment, fishing gear, and related supplies.

Fishco Wholesale LLC

• Supply fishing bait for commercial fishing vessels.
• Sell fish storage boxes and Frozen Gel Ice products for seafood preservation.

Fresh Island Fish Inc

• Supply seafood products to supermarkets, local markets, restaurants, and other commercial customers.

Warehouse and Inventory Management:

• Assist with receiving and verifying shipments from suppliers.
• Receive and inspect deliveries from DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
• Accurately count and verify all incoming products before they are entered into inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
• Place replenishment orders in a timely manner to ensure sufficient inventory is available to meet customer demand and support business operations.
