Perform planned maintenance/operations needs for gas, chemical and slurry systems in the field. Troubleshoot down to root cause and provide technical reports to maintenance lead. PM (preventative maintenance) completions provide input for improving strategies. Draft/write and proof technical procedures and SOPs. Work with P&IDs, pumps, valves, HMIs and piping distribution systems. Perform daily rounds, pull and analyze chemical samples as required, filter changes, gas, chemical and slurry container changes. Perform LOTO program, confined space entry and respiratory program. Complete passdown to next shifts, and provide technical and safety training to junior operations personnel.
