TranSystems has led the 2017-2024
inspection cycles providing comprehensive structural,
mechanical, and electrical inspection services for the
routine and fracture critical inspections of over 760 Fixed
Bridges, two swing, and 13 bascule bridges for the local
government bridge inspection program. Reports
contained recommended repairs and were submitted to
the maintaining agencies to address the documented
deficiencies.

Districtwide In-Depth State Bridge Inspection, FDOT
District 6, Monroe County, FL,

Assistant bridge inspector for this two-year contract for state-owned bridges in Monroe County. Bridges from Asset
Maintenance (AM) contract E6147 on US 1 (SR 5) and S.
Roosevelt Blvd. (SR A1A) in Monroe County, as well as the
Old US 1 access roads on the north and south sides of
Jewfish Creek, will be inspected starting when the AM
contract concludes, anticipated in June 2020. 32 Routine
Inspections were completed in 2020, including the 7-Mile
Bridge. In 2021, there are 29 Routine Inspections. During
the last six months of the contract, there are only Interim
Inspections, including Segmental Tendon Inspections.

Districtwide Emergency Bridge Inspection, FDOT
District 1, FL,

Assistant bridge inspector for the on-call emergency response
inspections for Bartow district. TranSystems preformed
the emergency inspections following hurricane Ian as
well as generated plans and cost estimates for
emergency, short-term and long-term repairs for
damaged bridges.
