Lead crews of up to 10 painters, in multiple work centers, and provided mentoring to each, balanced workloads of multiple aircraft to meet needs of various customers, performed all duties of sanding, stripping,and painting,performed all work to F.A.A and company standards, completed work within the allocated man hours and on schedule. Worked in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA and company safety procedures advising the Crew Leader of any unsafe acts, maintains knowledge of current EPA regulations and applicable F.A.R.s. understood and complied with all company policies.
