Responsibilities as Lead Pre-Wire Technician

• Thoroughly plan pre-wire for numerous custom residential projects.
• Responsible for pre-wiring smart home equipment including; speakers, televisions, alarms, etc.
• Work with various on-site contractors to ensure scheduling efficiency.
• Train newly hired technicians in accordance with company policies and practices.
• Lead small teams of 2-3 technicians in the field.
• Keep plans & bids up to date when clients need upgrades & changes made to their property.

Responsibilities as Installer Technician

• Installing, & servicing smart home equipment including shades, TV, cameras, alarm equipment, smart lighting equipment & sound systems.
• Train newly hired technicians how to properly install equipment with care & efficiency
• Communicate with homeowners & on-site contractors to ensure equipment is installed to their liking
• Communicate with office & managers when equipment turns out faulty or needs to be reordered

• Responsible for maintaining outside parking lot and assisting customers with various needs.
• Provide customers with directions and help solve any issues that may have occurred.
• Responsible for keeping carts stocked in parking lot at all times for customers to use and staying aware of any misplaced carts.

• Performing a wide range of heavy labor duties, including ditch digging, hauling and assisting skilled workers to complete jobs on time.
• Responsible for digging precise ditches in order to ensure workers are able to complete their tasks.
• Removing any debris in order to prepare for a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow and comply with any specific safety regulations.
