Here at this company. I am currently a Level 3 guard employed and responsible for standing post here at the court house at NM Court Of Appeals.

• Providing the best technical support at a customer service level as possible. Job description consists of troubleshooting devices through chat, as well as over the phone, also through social media as well via facebook, twitter, etc.. Job also consisted of explaining charges on bill, maintaining customer loyalty with the company, and by far exceeding customer satisfaction.

• Responsible for making sure all guards are neatly and properly groomed with all necessary equipment and on time to posts. I also had the responsibility of communicating with clients and making sure they're more than just satisfied, including general managers and district. I also had the responsibility of making the schedule along with terminating and hiring employees

I worked many posts with this company including Walgreens stores as well as supervising all the Maverick gastation’s here in Albuquerque doing patrol. I was also responsible for communicating with the client including general managers and district managers to make sure all guards were performing and that our clients needs were met and to make sure that they were more than satisfied with our work.

I was a level 3 guard for this company as well. I work many posts while employed here including probation and parole downtown here in Albuquerque as well as CYFD, and all Human Service Health Department Buildings.

I was an armor truck driver responsible for picking up and delivering hundreds of thousands of dollars, sometimes millions of dollars, and delivering funds out to the feds in El Paso TX. As well as collecting and disbursing funds for local clients here in Albuquerque New Mexico, including but not limited to Grants,Thoreau, Gallup, Taos etc..

• Selling the NFL Sunday Ticket to customers along with premium channels such as HBO, Starz, and Cinemax. Along with providing the best customer service as possible. (Seasonal Job) Was offered to keep position but declined.
