Dylan Carmody

I am currently a student transitioning into the workforce, seeking full-time employment. My personal goal is to enrich the lives of those around me through service and action. During my time at JU as a student-athlete, I was responsible for managing both athletic and scholastic responsibilities. Additionally, I have worked several part-time and temp jobs between seasons. Through these experiences, I have learned to overcome setbacks, transforming them into learning opportunities. I intend to venture into Human Resources Management, working my way up the chain. Following this track, I also aspire to further my education by earning an advanced degree. My scholastic and athletic background has helped me develop strategic prioritization of tasks and responsibilities over a long period of time, helping me better leverage time and resources appropriately. Additionally, my time training alongside a team of diverse student-athletes has broadened my perspective on teamwork and group dynamics.
