- Incorporated extensive familiarity with Supra, Focus, M204, and IDZ for data management and backup and recovery accountability.
- Created documentation for processes that was used on a daily basis to ensure processes were carried out without issues and quick response time.
- Served as the technical lead over multiple departments during a decommissioning of multiple LPARs due to a customer taking their data to a different partner.
- I was solely responsible for all file expansions that needed to be done. With this I took the initiative to completely revamp and streamline all of the jobs needed for file expansions on 4 different regions. This consisted of creating all the necessary jobs researching all of the files to collect the different schemas, dataset names, sizes, device types, etc. This caused downtime caused by an emergency file expansion to be cut down tremendously because now all that was needed to do was locate the file that needed expanded and just submitting the necessary jobs.
