• Executed diagnostics, troubleshooting and evaluations on GOTS / COTS hardware and software.

• Directly managed Cybersecurity Liaison program consisting of 150+ personnel across the entire base by providing guidance and direction of regulations, inspecting / assessing base cybersecurity posture, and creating best practices for cybersecurity.
• Read manuals and manufacturer instructions to install and troubleshoot devices.
• Planned, scheduled and delegated daily work to team of airmen.
• Organized work to meet demanding mission requirements.
• Created spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for bi weekly and monthly reporting to base level leadership
