* As a Student Enrollment Representative, I was in charge of prospecting potential students, and presenting the school and its services to them, with the hopes of having them register to apply for upcoming semesters

* In order to maximize my effectiveness in this position, I was trained to utilize prospecting, presenting, customer interaction and time management skills utilized by top performers in the sales industry

* As a liaison between the Academy and potential applicants, I was also responsible for walking prospects through our application process, as well as marketing and promoting the school's services on social media.

• Company Overview: A trusted security company offering officers and safety solutions for a number of high-profile clients.
• As part of this position, I received extensive training for handling a large number of potential workplace incidents, from personal injuries to external and internal violent threats.
• In my time at this company, I was stationed at a Mortenson Construction site in central Utah, using precautionary measures to ensure that only approved individuals were granted access to the site, and carefully monitoring site safety to protect the interests of our prominent client.

• After 3 months of employment at Larry H. Miller Megaplex in Sandy, I was promoted to the role of Operations Department Leader.
• Along with this promotion, my duties were expanded to include managing and training employees across the newly merged Box Office and Floor Departments, ensuring that general operations functioned smoothly and efficiently, maintaining general cleanliness across the theater, preparing important financial documents for the company's accounting team, and helping to handle the theater's complex projection and scheduling systems.

• Company Overview: The flagship location of a popular movie theater chain throughout Utah and Nevada.
• In early 2024, I was hired as a Box Office Team Member at the Larry H. Miller Megaplex at Jordan Commons in Sandy.
• My duties in this position included welcoming guests, helping them with anything they needed at our Guest Services desk, managing refunds and seat swaps for tickets, maintaining a clean, safe environment, and assisting other departments with their operations when needed.
• I was also trained in food handling and serving in the theater's food court, as well as basic cleaning procedures for auditoriums between showings of films.

• Company Overview: A popular Spirit Halloween pop-up store franchise, hundreds of stores nationwide.
• In the fall of 2023, I worked in a seasonal retail position at a popular Spirit Halloween pop-up store franchise.
• During my short time in this position, I was trained in and gained experience using a cash register system, while managing the large influx of customers in the weeks leading up to Halloween.
• I also spent a large portion of time unloading large shipments of items, stocking them on the sales floor, and maintaining a generally clean and organized environment in the store to maximize customer satisfaction.

• Company Overview: A reputable car repair facility specializing in European vehicles.
• Following my first season at Haunted Forest, I worked as a property maintenance manager at Kapp's European in Pleasant Grove.
• In my time as an employee of this business, I was the sole individual in charge of providing a clean, functioning environment, in order to streamline the working process of the technicians providing service.
• My responsibilities included, but were not limited to, performing care for the landscaping, assembling, repairing, and organizing equipment, and making repairs to damaged and broken features inside and around the building.
• After a year of working in this position, I was promoted to the role of a maintenance technician, which included the various repairs and scheduled maintenance of clients' cars.
• The bulk of my remaining time at this location was spent performing these repairs until I made the decision to move on from this position in late 2022, so I could discover other working opportunities.

• Company Overview: A popular Halloween attraction in American Fork, UT.
• For two consecutive seasons, I worked as an actor at the Haunted Forest.
• Ahead of each season, I received training from the cast managers to optimize my ability to scare patrons, and embody the characters whose roles we would take on each night.
• I worked the entirety of both seasons, without missing one of my scheduled nights, and always arriving on time, no matter the weather conditions.
• Every night, our cast managers would select the five actors they believed gave the best performances, and I was frequently chosen to be one such actor.
