Dylan McCracken

I was an installer for Selective Countertops, where I was mostly on the laminate crew, but moved around on some Cambria, quartz jobs. I helped prepare the tops then go to the job site or resident. Where we would install them. I learned a lot of skills using power tools, while also improving my customer skills.

I have been apart of the Seymour ball clubs field crew for a couple years where I help prep the fields and make sure they are watered, dragged and lined before each game, for the weekend tournaments. This job helps me stay engaged with the game I love and give back to my old ball club.

I was apart of the front end team member/courtesy patrol position where I was on cart duty making sure customers always had enough carts to do their shopping. I also had to help load heaving objects into customers vehicles, which gave me very good customer service skills. When we were very busy I would also help check people out on the register.

I worked concessions at Micon Cinemas as my first job, which was a good experience learning my first sense of a paycheck, while also giving me a jumpstart on my customer service skills, and working with people.
