Summary

My goal to join the RBA Sales team has been my motivation to be a part of the company for the past few years. When a great installer who I had worked with and been a sales and project manager for Window World joined RBA and encouraged me to look into joining a great company. I decided I wanted to become a very strong member of the team in sales and felt best about learning more about the company than just the sales training. Having been an installer and in sales previously made me want to be completely confident with what the company does. Knowing all about the details of the products and installs makes the sales course much easier to focus on the sales skills. I am looking very forward to being further updated by some more of the details of the RBA product but even more about the RBA programs that make the projects so right for so many Home Owners. I came over here because I have been believing this is the only window and door company taking such great responsibility to make homes so much better. If the product was not strong enough to take the RBA path it would not exist. Andersen would not have created this path without confidence in the product.

I am eagar to discuss more and learn more and share more.


I am so excited to be back home in Connecticut soon. I have been away because of a friend requesting I come and inspect loads of properties that needed more management. I've stayed while finding a chance to be back home with the one company I have been so dedicated and excited to be a very strong Sales Rep member.

This was a my last business. My brother and I created a full year indoor / outdoor Beach Volleyball center with 4 indoor sand courts and 6 outdoor courts. We also had Rock Works climbing center in out 40,000 sq ft warehouse we had rebuilt for all this. We also had portable climbing towers that we provided to many company events and schools and the MN military sites.

As I mentioned above I am eager to be a strong new member of the Product Consultant team My years of involvement with Home Improvements makes me just more and more comfortable to focus on taking Home Owners down the path that will be the very best for them and I will be feeling very confident which I find makes closing the sales much easier than if I have any questions or concerns about the project

I've been Project managers on construction projects from new home building Condos, Hotels, Stores & more with a few architects over the many years of my life I've been a business owner a few times and worked with people in many different ways over life

My time with RBA has been meant to make me enjoy joining this team If I didn't believe it was the right company for Home Owners I would not be asking to join I'm not looking to just sell anything, I understand that is acceptable for some but I am eagar to be doing something I know is a very good choice I am so excited to add my strong skills for the projects with the magnificent training program with RBA My connection with so many other sales Reps that we have been so helpful to each other and several have had super sweet conversations when some already know Dylan and trust him so much I am looking so forward to share my strong beliefs and skills and how strong my relationships are with my meetings I want to add the other elements of making even stronger
