Summary
Disciplined student, swimmer, and lifeguard with a strong will to achieve my goals of Division 1 swimming and high academics at a service academy. My life of competitive swimming and job through the water has developed my ability to remain attentive and focused under any sort of pressure. I take responsibility for others and work toward the high goals I have in the classroom as well as the pool. As a committed Air Force Academy student-athlete with a long-term goal of becoming a physician and serving my country in the military, I take strong pride in the privilege I have. - Maintained a professional look as a lifeguard on stand with the readiness to save anyone in danger.
- Conducted routine inspections of our diving boards, bathrooms, and pool equipment maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assisted in training new lifeguards and participating in continues emergency scenarios so I was always prepared at the ready.
- Taught the next generation of young swimmers the basics of freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, and breaststroke during summer swimming lessons.
- Formed connections with the kids I taught and gave me a perspective of how to treat the youth.

- Operated a surf machine, high-risk aquatic attraction that requires a high skill body and wake surfing. Provided constant attention to the peoples safety as well as teaching each individual one by one with a thorough procedure on how to surf.
- Served as the one of the parks certified lifeguards, often staffing different guards at the specific stations they were at.
- Assist in first aid to people in need while remaining calm and problem solving with the right piece of medical equipment and sterilization tactics.
- Provided customer service through the towel amenities that we held where washing and folding towels was a daily routine. As well as helping with any questions about the attractions like the lazy river, slides, and surf machine.
