Responsibilities:

• Take orders and scoop ice cream for customers
• Manage long lines of customers during peak times while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Greet incoming customers and provided reliable, friendly customer service.
• Operate cash registers

• Make custom ice cream cakes
• Cut and dice fresh fruit for ice cream toppings

• Sweep and wipe all counters at end of night

Responsibilities:

• As a Busser/Dishwasher:
  - Wash Dishes downstairs
  - Bus and wipe down tables
  - Set tables with new plates and utensils
  - Carry down bus-pans filled with dirty dishes/dirty drink glasses to downstairs dishwashing area
  - Sweep and mop restaurant area at end of night
  - Bring clean dishes and glasses back upstairs continuously
• As a counter employee/cashier:
  - Scoop and serve ice cream to customers
  - Operate the cash register
  - Take food orders through the phone
  - Run food to tables
  - Send food out
  - Interact with all customers with high customer service
  - Restock all ice cream in freezer at end of night
  - Sweep and mop behind counter area at end of night
• Overall:
  - Performed opening and closing duties as needed, ensuring the restaurant was prepared for efficient operation each day.-
