
Since I've started working when I was 16 years old I have always ended up in a leadership role. From being a Shift supervisor at my first job, to my most recent I was a foreman. I'm extremely dependable always early, willing to stay late, never complain. Will always do what's asked of me. I'm very organized and like to get things done. I've been told I have and old soul for my age,
Lead assigned crew to ensure completion of jobs in a way that meets company productivity,
quality, and safety targets.
- Assign tasks to crew members. Train new crew members to work efficiently and safely.
- Layout forms, height, pitch, etc.
- Ensure the truck is loaded correctly with proper tools and equipment.
- Complete vehicle inspection checklists are completed before starting the day.
- Organize layout, set up, and concrete pouring.
- Ensure job site conditions for safety and job quality. Notify the Project Manager of any changes
or issues.
- Leave the job site clean and orderly upon completion of work.
- Company tools and equipment kept clean and in working condition.
- Complete all required internal reporting documents. Notify the Project Manager of any
absences daily.
- Final quality review of all job sites
- Attend required meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
