Summary

Mental health has been a crucial aspect of my life, preceding both my work experience and graduate degree. Due to this, I bring a passionate and personal, yet focused and highly skilled toolkit to the world of counseling. I am theoretically humanistic, with specializations in the worlds of Buddhist-informed interventions as well as substance abuse & dissociative-related symptoms. Due to this, I bring not only an unconditionally loving and nurturing awareness to my therapy, but a passionate interest in Eastern mindfulness - and using it to treat a wide variety of clients.
