I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Organizational Management from Kansas State University in December 2023. My collegiate journey began at Pittsburg State University, where I played football for two years while pursuing a degree in business management before transferring to Kansas State to complete my academic and athletic career. Since graduating, I have spent the past three years working with Jostens, traveling across the state of Kansas to support high school students and schools with their graduation and commemorative needs. This experience has allowed me to develop strong skills in customer service, sales, relationship building, and territory management.
As a sales associate for Jostens, I travel across the state of Kansas to engage directly with high school students, parents, and school administrators, providing essential graduation products and services. I assist students in preparing for their graduation by guiding them through the selection and ordering process for key items such as caps and gowns, announcements, diplomas, and other commemorative materials. Additionally, I promote and facilitate the purchase of class rings, letter jackets, and other school-related memorabilia. My role combines customer service, sales, and logistics to ensure a smooth and personalized experience for every student and school I serve.
As an Assistant Store Manager at a clothing and sports retail store, I play a key role in the daily operations, helping to ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused environment. I support the store manager in supervising staff, driving sales, and maintaining visual merchandising standards that align with brand expectations. My responsibilities include training and coaching team members, managing inventory levels, handling customer concerns, and assisting in scheduling and performance evaluations. I also help implement promotional strategies and contribute to a positive store culture that encourages team collaboration and customer satisfaction.
