Summary

I Have been a volunteer firefighter since I turned 18. I have had the pleasure of working with some great leaders and some not so great leaders over the years. I feel this had helped develop me into the firefighter i am today. As an Employee of the Lewisville Volunteer Fire Department I have had the opportunity to lead in different rolls Including acting as the only office on my shift for a short period of time. Having the ability to act in the different rolls has allowed me to view things form differnt prospective as well as learn how to interact with people in the different rolls.
