-Maintain Amazon robotic drives and monitor floor health metrics. For example. leading the AR team in bringing down the number of out of service drives from 10% to under 3%.

- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, etc.

- Monitored teams part utilization to ensure proper inventory metrics were maintained.

- Maintain a positive working relationships across all of the Amazon operations facility by attending deep dive meetings and checking in with flow desk throughout shift.

- Develop training plans on assets such as the ambaflex spirals for new or inexperienced technicians.
