I handled No Fault suits from initiation to completion by evaluating the merits of the case, whether to settle or defend and assist defense counsel with preparing our case. I have also handled AAA matters where I evaluate the case, defend or settle on the merits and personally appear to present the case to the arbitrators.

I handled no-fault claims in electronic environment presented by injured parties according to regulation 68.
