Summary

I have 15 years’ experience supporting a large hospital campus and 3 years supporting a large state agency. I have provided desktop support for doctors, nurses, students, managers, executives, engineers, truck drivers, vendors and patients in a fast-paced environment. I have worked on projects from setting up one laptop, to rolling out new PC’s for an entire four county state District, to assisting with the opening of a new hospital.

I currently work for The Pennsylvania Office of Administration supporting second and third level IT issues at the PennDOT District 12 Office along with the counties of Fayette, Greene, Washington, and Westmoreland in Western Pa. My work is 75/25 office/field.
