
I started my adult life as an automotive technician, went to collage for diesel technology. Decided that thats not what i wanted to do for my carrer and went into factory work. worked my way through production to a shift leaders position and then gave it up to take a S.I.T position in maintenance. I have worked in the automotive industry and i am now working in the bourbon industry.
Repair and maintain production equipment. Which includes mechanical and electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Ballscrews, bearings, proximity sensors, limit switches, fiber-optic sensors, laser photo eyes. relays, contactor's, fuses, motor overloads, main disconnects, reed switches. Removing and rebuilding gearboxes, air cylinders, hydraulic cylinders. Coolant pumps, centrificule and fixed displacement. Replacing 3 phase 480VAC heating elements, 3 phase motors, and trouble shooting plc programs.
