My responsibilities as A carman is to maintain, inspect, repair and modify mechanical equipment on Amtrak rolling stock. This includes various components like car body parts, air brake systems and train car modifications. I also troubleshoot equipment failures, repair various interior and exterior components which includes the dropping of trucks and changing out of wheels.

• Prioritized high-priority repair projects, allocating resources efficiently to minimize downtime for clients'' railcars.

At Alstoms I performed regular inspections on equipment for wear or damage. I adjusted, repaired and replaced malfunctioning components using various tools. I've fixed or replaced doors, seats, cab instrument panels, low voltage bracket systems to the removal of undercarriage equipment not short of fixing, replacing and retrofitting parts pertaining to LA Alstom metro guidelines.

At Systems One I worked on a special retrofitting team installing and reconditioning H.V.A.C. Units on Amtrak trains. I dismantled walls, railings and ceilings to inspect , adjust, calibrate and install electrical wiring, dampers, sensors and thermostats. I also installed H.V.A.C. Units on A and B end of each car I had to troubleshoot and work with Amtrak personnel to identify there needs and concerns to correct any problems or issues which may arise.

While working with Aramark I managed inventory and supplies. I was in charge of orchestrating the safe loading and off loading of product being delivered and retrieved from trains. I responded promptly to emergency situations and made sure all safety rules and regulations were followed to the best of my ability. I kept accurate records on incidents and collaborated with the different foreman on duty to discuss train movement, delays, train arrivals and any Amtrak needs or concerns to correct any issues while on duty.

At Service Champions I installed, serviced and troubleshot H.V.A.C. Units in customers homes. I serviced, repaired, removed and installed various brands under, in, or on rooftops Commercial as well. I've replaced gas lines reconfiguring electrical, metal work, exhaust systems, air returns and supply as well as ventilation systems. I've also had to recover and charge refrigerant in various systems
