DDResponsible for assisting in caring for Daily needs of residents living in facility. Performed Daily tasks for elderly residents, such as feeding, cleaning, and laundry. Monitored Clients' Daily medication intake, which included checking glucose levels. Also took part in escorting residents out of the facility to doctor visits, therapy sessions and related duties. Made Daily reports to supervisor regarding any client changes or progress. Assists with transferring amputee clients from bed to chair or commode. Attends mandatory Interim Health Care in­ services every three months.
