I worked daily with engineering, Production, Packaging, and Shipping to maintain product conformance and appearance. Two areas that I had overall responsibility for were the Coolant and Heat Treating departments. At times I also worked with the drafting and Design teams in Research and development to create new products and the environmental Department to ensure that all recycling and hazardous waste disposal was completed per procedures and state and federal laws.
