Summary

My extensive background in water and environmental management, including significant roles at the Utah Department of Environmental Quality and the US Environmental Protection Agency, provides comprehensive insights into utility operations and regulatory compliance. My experience managing substantial budgets, including an annual allotment of approximately $35 million and an additional $135 million from the 2009 Economic Stimulus for the DWSRF Program, demonstrates my capacity for high-level strategic planning and financial oversight. Combined with my Chemical and Fuels Engineering degree focused on Environmental from the University of Utah and my experience on the Board of Directors for Kidpower of Colorado, I possess the technical knowledge, leadership skills, and governance expertise necessary to offer valuable Board of Director level insights to any local, state, or federal entity providing electricity, natural gas, water, and wastewater services.
