I began my journey at Chick-fil-A as a Team Member and quickly worked my way up to become a Certified Trainer through consistent hard work and leadership. In this role, I’ve had the opportunity to train and mentor a variety of new team members, guiding them through their onboarding process and continuing to support them even after their formal training ended. I’ve also helped fellow team members become Certified Trainers by providing hands-on support and encouragement. In addition to training, I’ve taken on leadership responsibilities by assisting Junior Directors in leading efficient and effective shifts. Through their mentorship, I’ve learned to count registers, run my own shift, and ensure proper food safety practices are always followed. My primary experience has been in mid and closing shifts, where I’ve demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
