Currently working as an Infant Lead Teacher at the West Side YMCA creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers, guiding their development through play and activities, and maintaining open communication with parents. Some of my responsibilities include managing a classroom, supervising assistant teachers, and implementing an age-appropriate curriculum while ensuring compliance with safety and educational standards.

• Lead weekly cardio dance fitness classes ranging from 5 to 20 participants.
• Encourage members to participate in weekly dance classes.
• Instructing dance fitness routines and recommending modifications for participants who experience difficulty doing requested dance moves.
