• CCS, Denver, CO, 11/2015, Present, Director of Technical Services, Responsible for managing: Engineering, Project management, Install & Service personnel for the Colorado Office.
• Created a training program for the Installation team, hired a Project Manager to handle the larger projects, secured a full-time service manager to take on all service tasks, implemented new software system to produce highly effective system quotes that become the basis for the system design and project management.
• Became the mentor for the integration team by working along side of them to produce an excellent product.
• CCS, Denver, CO, 10/2010, 09/2015, System Designer / Programmer, I was the senior AV system Designer and Crestron programmer for the Colorado office.
• I began designing larger more complex and exciting AV systems and since I could program them as well, I began doing all the onsite programming and commissioning of the systems. I was able to use this as a training opportunity for many of our install technicians who hadn't been exposed to these larger type projects.
• I dramatically increased the larger AV system sales for the company and promoted a design philosophy of providing a better user experience by utilizing quality system controls.
• Kern AV, Aurora, CO, 01/2002, 12/2010, Owner/Operator, I started my own AV systems Company.
• Developed a market in schools districts for Auditoriums, Boardrooms & Training Rooms AV systems. Provided Turnkey Design Build Systems centered around control systems.
• Installed larger Church AV system including: FOH Audio Systems, Video Production Systems & Lighting Systems.
• Amarch Corporation, Denver, CO, 01/1997, 01/2000, Denver Branch Manager, Moved to Denver to Start up new Branch office for a small Texas AV reseller.
• Developed marketing strategy for creating new AV system rental business in Denver Tech Center. Worked with all local hotel AV companies in DTC to create a Niche market for our high-end specialized computer display technology.
• Created Installation branch and began to design and install AV Systems. Sold the largest AMARCH single order for 250 projectors valued at 1.9 million.
