Vital Voices Global Partnership Internal MERL Responsibilities

• Spearheaded creation of new organizational theory of change as well as logic model for Vital Voices to show how deep investments in women leadership have impact on communities led by women. Worked across 5 departments and over 40 staff members in various positions to create common understanding and sense of ownership regarding changes
• Led research initiatives to evaluate effectiveness of global networks in promoting women's leadership and empowerment, resulting in valuable insights into impact of investments and contributions on women leaders' capacity building, networking opportunities, and skills development.
• Facilitated progress review sessions with McLarty fellows on contribution mapping which aims to evaluate interaction, strength and effectiveness of VVGP global network of women leaders
• Acted as hiring manager for MERL positions and created skills assessments for technical positions used organization wide

Voices Against Violence Initiative: The Gender Based Violence Global Initiative

• Project Point of Contact (POC) for Department of State (DoS), Department of Human Rights and Labor (DRL) Applied Learning team
• Developed and presented learning agenda in line with DRL's learning standards on extreme forms of gender-based violence for programmatic staff use and program improvement
• Designed evaluation methods for gender-based violence urgent response mechanisms
• Using Salesforce developed monthly, semi-annual and quarterly progress reports presented to DRL
• For data collection and data management purposes, developed performance indicator tracking templates used by US government funded grass-root partners in Sub-Saharan Africa, South &Central Asia, Middle East and North Africa regions
• Using Alchemer designed and analyzed base-line & end-line surveys as well as needs assessments to inform program decision making
• Managed 2 external evaluations as well as third party monitoring evaluation in Iraq and Honduras aiming to eradicate extreme gender-based violence for vulnerable communities such as Yazidi survivors
• Provided impact story telling trainings for program staff and external women leaders including but not limited to data collection, analysis and reporting trainings

Survivor-Centered Conflict Related Sexual Violence and Gender-Based Violence Recovery and Justice Efforts in Ukraine

• Project POC for DoS Secretariat on Global Women Issues (S/GWI) funded projects monitoring &evaluation team
• Spearheaded GESI analysis for initial project proposal and ensured local partner activities operated within proposed framework
• Provided monitoring&evaluation capacity building to local partners to ensue their transitional justice documentation and qualitative data collection tools were survivor centered, trauma informed and in line with the suggested best practices outlined in the MURAD code

Health, Nutrition and Population

Turkey Health System Strengthening and Support Project

• Developed insights to enhance progress towards key project indicators to improve primary and secondary prevention of selected non-communicable diseases, increase the efficiency of hospital management and enhance the capacity for evidence-based policy making by strengthening data collection templates and methodologies
• Evaluated diverse organizational systems within Ministry of Health through supervision missions
• Liaised with Ministry of Health officials to prepare mission aide-memories and project implementation status reports

Turkey Emergency COVID-19 Health Project

• Developed project concepts, key performance and project indicators for appraisal and negotiation phases
• Orchestrated compilation of research data, gave monthly policy briefings to high level Ministry officials highlighting COVID-19 policy response measures and recommended optimizations
• Facilitated cross-sector discussions and maintained sensitivity to cultural and country-specific issues to expand global collaboration opportunities

• Supported research tasks through literature reviews and descriptive statistical analysis on active labor program attendance trends using project level administrative data
• Tracked and reported detailed progress for project development and intermediate results indicators within Results Framework

• Led Medicare Transition task identifying vulnerable populations within 65+ age population transitioning into Medicare. Created beneficiary risk profiles according to demographic and situational characteristics to identify transition gaps
