- I was hired as a faire actor and started working in June of 2023
- However, due to summer school I had to quit this season, but I still have a place in the cast and the faire and I return next season
- It is a summer-only job and with it I perform and make guests feel welcome, so I know how to speak, uplift, and listen to people well
- Created unique backstories for each character I portrayed in order to help inform their behavior onstage
- Learned how to take constructive criticism from directors and peers
- Developed relationships with fellow actors through meaningful conversations about our work that helped us better understand our characters
- Performed in multiple theatrical productions, honing my improvisational and memorization skills
- Remained flexible during long rehearsal days by adapting quickly when changes were made or new ideas presented

- I worked at Chili's in McHenry as a host from October 2019-March 2020, but had to quit due to the COVID-19 outbreak that happened during that time, shutting down the restaurant until it was lifted
