• Accurately managed and forecasted $150M of Freight / Warehousing spend for Lawns and Controls businesses.
• Led senior management through complicated impact of decreased fuel prices on company profitability and partnered with Purchasing and Treasury to establish formal fuel hedging strategy / process.
• Orchestrated pricing discount process for those key retailers (Home Depot, Lowe's, etc...) that chose to pick-up product from Scotts' facilities.

• Worked closely with CFO and SVP of Finance, to prepare monthly Business Unit reviews and to evaluate / summarize global results.
• For both P&L and Cash Flow, oversaw annual budget and monthly forecast process for US Consumer segment ($3B annual sales).
