Objective: To design and develop a polypectomy snare device that is designed with an axial rotation to bend and reach polyps. This includes creating prototypes which involve designing validation tests and verification tests to ensure the device provides safety and quality.

• Responsibilities needed for this position are initial market analysis, intellectual property infringement analysis, competitive landscape analysis, and utilizing several initial risk management tools.
• Developing a working knowledge of medical device regulations, including medical device pathways, design controls, and traceability matrix.
• Developing PowerPoint presentations and written documentation in support of weekly design team meetings and monthly design review gate meetings. Developing an approach to launch and market a new device. This includes intellectual property laws related to the medical device reprocessing industry and device lifecycle.

Objective: To design and develop patient-specific prosthetics for amputees. In addition, to ensure that the patients are comfortable while using the prosthetic.

• Responsibilities include examining and interpreting patient-specific limb anatomy, creating CAD drawings of different prosthetics, thermoplastic joints, foam covers, limb cuffs, endoskeleton adapters, packaging, and implementing 3D printing.
• Using voice of customer to understand and relate which allows the device to fit the customer properly. This includes designing the device with a desired color or shade to make the customer happy.

Objective: To confirm and evaluate the quality of the jobs or assignments. These jobs or assignments included flooring, roofing, constructing homes, fencing, and more.

• Creating FEL and BOM to ensure all information regarding the job or assignment is evaluated and analyzed.
• Using voice of customer to make sure the job is at a satisfactory level. Supplying workers with appropriate tools to work sites.
• Understanding and evaluating construction sites to check for design, safety, quality, organization, and completeness. Also, understanding and evaluating BIM/revit for constructions.
• Using PLC programming to create elevators, light switches, thermostats, and etc.

Objective: To ensure the quality of the rubber is up to par to make a tire. Plus, to make sure the rubber is safe for customers to use for the tires on their cars.

• Evaluating the curatives or rigidity in the rubber with a Moving Die Rheometer machine.
• Checking defects in the rubber with an Ash test which ensures there is enough filler in the rubber.
• Communicating with the Quality Unit and Chemist to give a report about the performance of rubber and how to improve defects.

Objective: To build large structures that hold generators and ensure power for companies that include Amazon, Walmart, Google, Apple, and more. These structures are built with good quality and are made quickly to provide for many of these large companies.

• Communicating and evaluating with engineers to ensure structures are not missing any key elements. This includes creating blueprints and reading blueprints to be able to build structures to hold generators or power sources.
• Utilizing and understanding the safety of properly cleaning and sanitizing the structures to make sure there are no explosions from the drill shavings or other objects.

Objective: To ensure local companies have their employees tested properly for drugs, tuberculosis, and alcohol. Then, performed personal tests and injections for individuals that included DNA sampling and vitamin B12 or Methionine Inositol Choline injections.

• Traveling to other local facilities to test employees for drugs, coronavirus, and alcohol.
• Drawing blood and obtaining hair for a variety of tests to satisfy the company or court needs.
