My job entailed working with clients to assist with daily tasks such as cleaning, grocery shopping and organizing. I was in charge of taking physical and mental care of my client as well as booking appointments, daily tasks around the house and living assistance.

My duties included organizing clients, booking appointments, maintaining health and safety standards to comply with state regulations. I was in charge of social media marketing to promote the store as well and filling all orders.

I was in charge of planning sales events ranging from $10,000-$80,000. As a regional trainer, it was my job to instruct employees on sales products and techniques. I was the first person to make $1,000,000 for Urban Decay in Ulta. I traveled across the country doing one on one classes with clients, showcasing products and tools to sell the brand. I managed a team of selling specialists under me to maintain my 14 accounts while traveling. While working I brought one location from the 200s to the 24th store in the nation.

My job included keeping prestige beauty to Ulta company standards. I executed product training as well as assisting with clients to find the best products for what they’re looking for. I excelled in customer relations and connecting with customers while increasing sales. I maintained and exceeded in quarterly as well as YTD sales, as well training on POS systems.
