It helped me begin my journey from one single lift. I was highly motivated in the beginning from the sport of boxing but eventually I was getting tired of my own body weight so then I transferred from boxing to heavy lifting. Day by day I stay motivated to eat, lift and sleep. I slowly started seeing progression and that helped me push my interests with other things on the side of life. It helped me push my limits and it also helped me stay disciplined. I cannot go out of a single day of lifting, it will make me feel unorganized, unease, and mentally unfocused within myself. Bring health fitness made me who i am today, staying mentally strong and well physical fitted.
