In the past few years that i have been working, I've managed to pick up a couples skills. As a customer support representative for sales in Ross, i dealt with customers to best satisfy their needs, answer their questions or concerns, or simply pick up calls we received. I was an energetic specialist on enabling strong sales by skillfully handling administrative needs.
As a mechanic i learned to multi-task under pressure, communicate with our customers to work out their issue as best as possible. I always pushed myself to being a hardworking mechanic skilled in resolving issues, and being successful at adapting to new procedures,
My current job as an interior remodeling and painter, has taught me patience. If you want something done right, patience is key. I learned to be a great painter and leader to help co-workers when they needed help. My customer support/ translator really played a role in this job the most. I dedicated myself to successfully facilitate communication between my boss (non english speaker) to his customers who were mostly english speakers. Eventually i was taking calls, doing estimates, etc...
Overall, each job gave me an opportunity to gain a skill, but each job really benefit from my bilingual translation the most. I have no issues adapting to new job environments and i learn quick, always eager to start a new opportunity
