-Maintain a proper record of the applicants and licenses offered
-Perform daily routine application for new and renewal applicants for all license endorsement such as Motorcycle, Chauffeurs, Operator, Intermediate license, Learner and Instruction permit
-Perform issuance of permit pick up or replacement, name changes, Switching from a U.S State or Foreign Driver’s License, U.S Territories and Foreign Countries.
-Schedule driving and written test ensure applicants are in compliance with Guam vehicle code and traffic sign interpretations and perform eye vision test
-Review supporting documents for applicants to ensure applicants are in compliance and eligibility for the Guam Identification Card and U.S Federal Real Identification Card Act

Issue Delta Air Lines ticket for all passengers and travel agents, including non-revenue, ID, interline, free tickets and on-line ticket sales.
Assist passenger and travel agents with fare calculation, question and problems.
Interpret reservation request onto hard copy ticket based on current fare guidelines. Ensure all DL tickets have correct fare calculation. Provide passengers with appropriate alternatives in price routing and destination. Accurately reissue and recalculate fare for any change in booking.
