My duties this year are basically the same as last year's:

• working in the kitchen making chocolates
• serving ice cream
• providing constant customer service
• handling calls regarding chocolate orders
• taking inventory of all necessary shop supplies
• keeping all areas clean (coffee machines, kitchen, office, candy shelves, tables)

but in addition to that, I am responsible for training new employees and supervising the work of both new and existing staff to ensure good customer service.

My duties at the laundry area are the basics:

• washing and folding all types of blankets
• keeping the laundry are clean
• cleaning the storage areas

This shop sells coffee, chocolate, sweets, and ice cream, so—in addition to working as a barista—my duties included:

I worked mornings as a housekeeper and afternoons in the laundry department. My main duties included:

• cleaning standard rooms and suites, as well as the hotel owner's cabins.
• cleaning public areas of the hotel (restrooms, gym, lobby, parking lot).
• cleaning the managers' offices.
• washing and folding sheets, towels, blankets, etc.
• organizing hotel storage areas.
• taking inventory of cleaning supplies and laundry products.
• keeping the laundry area clean.
