§ Accurately labeling freight, monitoring inventory, calculating and verifying quantities

§ Utilizing computers to maintain records and track shipments within high-volume warehouse

§ Proficient in the use of pallet movers, standup forklifts, and order pickers

§ Analyze data from hundreds of vendors, scanning for inaccuracies or mislabeling

§ Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans and specifications

§ Helping a variety of customers including carpenters, contractors, masons & landscapers

§ Moving various freight or stock to and from storage areas by hand or forklift

§ Communicating with various departments in order to answer customer questions & inventory inquiries

§ Responsible for entering inventory receipts and shipments in a computer system in a timely manner as product physically moves through assigned warehouses

§ Proactively assist in resolution of order related issues

§ Readily support new processes and promote team-oriented environment to enhance productivity & build morale.
