The first is L&M Developers Partners, a private grant-based program that wraps around social services and outreach programs for 700 residential families within the Developer's properties in Newark. The second is the Community-Partner Manager for the Hospital Intervention Program, commonly known as HVIP. This program is a government grant based on New Jersey's Office of the Attorney General Violence Intervention Program. HVIP engages victims of violent crimes with intervention strategies at their bedside within the trauma unit at Newark University Hospital, one of the nation's leading medical trauma centers. All outcomes were Data-driven and measured.
