• Managed an annual Operating Budget of $2.4M. Oversaw 110 staff in the daily operations of an outpatient military clinic servicing 4,400 patients. Oversaw operations for Family Medicine, Dental, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Optometry, Radiology, Physical Therapy, Health Promotions, and Occupational Health.
• Maintained Certified Nurse Midwife Credentials via sustainment training at Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune (2/2023 - 7/2024)

• Managed 50 staff in providing care to 5,000 annual obstetric and gynecological patients at the Navy's fourth largest military treatment facility (250 deliveries/month). Provided safe inpatient and outpatient antenatal, intrapartum and postpartum care. Managed 11 nurse midwives and maintained midwife clinic and call schedules, which ensured adequate inpatient and outpatient provider coverage.

• Responsible for the management of 40 inpatient staff and equipment and supplies, which provided safe obstetrical and neonatal care to eligible beneficiaries for a 9-bed Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum unit. Provided safe inpatient and outpatient antenatal, intrapartum and postpartum care.

• Responsible for coordinating and managing safe inpatient and outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care to active duty service women and eligible beneficiaries. (350 deliveries/month)
