Edlira Gikondi

With over two decades of experience as Physics Educator, I have demonstrated ability to teach and inspire students at various levels, including honor level physics, International Baccalaureate (IB) physics, GCSE Physics, Algebra and Geometry, General Physics, Biomedical Optics at undergraduate level, and Medical Imaging at graduate level.

As educator, I am passionate about analyzing students' needs, strengths, and weaknesses, and structuring lessons and assessments to meet their individual learning styles. I have adapted teaching methods to suit different groups of learners, ensuring that each student is engaged and motivated to learn. Through creation of innovative and challenging lesson plans, I have fostered a culture of curiosity and inquiry in classrooms, encouraging students to think critically and ask thoughtful questions.

My teaching expertise has resulted in high achievement rates and exceptional feedback from students, parents, and colleagues. I have also contributed to development of physics curricula and educational resources, such as textbooks and laboratory manuals, that align with latest standards and best practices in this field.
